PARENT VOLUNTEERS
Cesar Chavez HS welcomes and encourages parent participation. The success of our students is greatly enhanced by parent involvement. In order to become a school volunteer, you need the following:
- Have a background check
- Be fingerprinted
- Have a negative Tuberculin Skin Test (TB test)
For fingerprinting and background checks for volunteers go to the SUSD Police Department located at 1326 N. San Joaquin St. open Monday - Friday 8:30 a.m. - 12 p.m. and 12:30 p.m. - 4 p.m. For more informationon about fingerprinting call Carrie Araiza, SUSD-PD Fingerprint Clerk at 933-7085 ext. 2464.
